ARCHITECT

Position
Project Architect/Project Manager for established 25 year old commissioning agent program management firm.

Duties
Perform design review, cost estimating, value engineering, constructability review analysis, quality control/quality assurance (QC/QA) reviews and assist with project scheduling.

Salary
Compensation commensurate with experience. Excellent benefits package.

Experience Required
Architecture Degree. Experience as a Project Architect with architectural firm or construction firm. Proficient computer skills required. Programs to include Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.

Travel Involved
Limited

Hours
Full time, including availability to represent firm at frequent evening functions.
