FORENSIC ARCHITECT OR STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

Position
Forensic Architect, or Engineer for established 25 year old Commissioning Agent and Program Management firm.

Duties
Perform all phases of Building Envelope Commissioning from pre-design through retro-commissioning. Manage, schedule and coordinate multiple projects.

Salary
Commensurate with experience. Excellent benefits package.

Experience Required
Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering or Structural Engineering with practical field experience evaluating the total building envelope including concrete distress, roofing, masonry, plaster, EIFS, glazing assemblies, and waterproofing.

Travel Involved
Limited

Hours
Full time, including availability to represent firm at frequent evening functions.
