PROJECT MANAGER

Position
Project Manager for established 25 year old Commissioning Agent & Program Management firm.

Duties
Pre-Construction Project Management: assist with programming, assessment studies, selection of design consultants, quality control/quality assurance (QC/QA), design review, cost estimating, value engineering, constructability review, and project scheduling.

Salary
Commensurate with experience. Excellent benefits package.

Education Requirement
Degreed Professional

Experience Required
Architect, Engineer or Construction Science Degree. Experience as Project Architect, Project Manager or equivalent experience with architectural firm, consulting firm or construction firm. Computer skills required: Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel.

Travel Involved
Limited

Hours
Full time, including availability to represent firm at frequent evening functions.
