Jasmine Engineering, Inc. was founded in 1984 by Jasmine Azima P.E. Jasmine saw the importance of project management, as well as systems commissioning within the industry. Ever since, the company has consistently increased its emphasis on independent, third-party owner representation services. We have offices in San Antonio and Austin.
